Refund Policy

Last updated: August 6, 2026

1. No free trial; immediate paid access

ViewMade has no free trial. Subscription access and the plan credit allowance begin only after Stripe confirms a successful payment. By accepting the immediate-performance statement, you request immediate supply of the digital service and commissioned production.

2. Cancellation and renewal

Cancel renewal at any time from Dashboard → Billing or Stripe’s customer portal. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and normally takes effect at the end of the already-paid period. It does not, by itself, refund or reverse the current period.

3. When subscription charges are not refunded

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, a charge is non-refundable once the paid period begins and access or credits are issued, and especially after any research, generation, render, download or other digital production starts. Unused or partially used credits are not cash, stored value or refundable in cash. A change of mind, failure to use the Service, channel performance or dissatisfaction with subjective creative choices does not create a refund right.

For consumers with a statutory withdrawal right, the immediate-performance consent and acknowledgement shown before purchase apply. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be waived, including remedies for digital content or services that do not conform to mandatory consumer law.

4. Failed-run credits are reconciled automatically

Every tool in ViewMade is metered in credits. If a run fails after a charge, ViewMade attempts an automatic credit reconciliation. The dashboard says credits were returned only after it records the exact amount; if no charge occurred, it says so. If neither state is shown, include the support reference from the failed run when you contact us.

A credit reconciliation restores the service meter for another run; it is not a cash refund. A completed output is not a failed run merely because a customer later changes direction or publishing plans.

5. Charges we will investigate and correct

Contact us promptly about a duplicate charge, an amount or interval different from the accepted checkout, a charge after an effective cancellation, unauthorized payment, or a confirmed platform fault that mandatory law requires us to remedy. We verify Stripe invoices, consent records, access, credit and production logs before deciding the remedy. Genuine billing errors are corrected, including a refund when appropriate.

6. Refund method and timing

Approved cash refunds are sent to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank posting time is outside our control. Taxes, currency conversion and processor handling follow applicable law and Stripe’s records. A discretionary goodwill credit or refund does not change this policy or waive it for later cases.

7. Disputes and account access

Contact us first with the account email and invoice ID so we can investigate. A chargeback does not create additional service rights. We may suspend access associated with a reversed or disputed payment while the payment provider reviews the evidence, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

8. How to reach us

Billing questions and refund requests: support@viewmade.com. Include the email on your account and, if you have it, the Stripe invoice number.
