Privacy Policy

ViewMade (“the Service”), available at viewmade.com, is a YouTube growth workspace: research, optimization, content generation and video production tools. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what happens to it.

Account data. When you sign up, ViewMade stores your email address, a one-way password hash and secure session records in its private PostgreSQL database. Plain-text passwords are never stored.

Channel data. When you connect a YouTube channel by @handle, we read the same public channel and video data anyone can see on YouTube. We never ask for OAuth access, Google login or any permission over your channel, and we cannot act on your channel in any way.

Content you submit. Topics, titles, descriptions, keywords and messages you enter are stored with your generation history so you can revisit past runs.

Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep only the subscription and invoice status Stripe reports to us.

Free checker. The free SEO checker stores a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) to enforce the daily limit, and your email address only if you choose to request the full report.

To operate the Service: run the tools you invoke, meter credits, process payments, deliver reports you request, provide support and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session. Disabling them will prevent you from using the signed-in parts of the Service.

Data is shared only with the providers required to run the Service:

• ViewMade infrastructure — self-hosted authentication and account management.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payments.
• AI model providers — process the content you submit in order to generate your requested output.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — store and serve the Service and your data.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time; we will remove it except where retention is required for legal, billing or fraud prevention purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above, and continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
