Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ViewMade (“the Service”), available at viewmade.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ViewMade provides YouTube growth tooling: keyword research, SEO scoring and optimization, title, description, tag, script and thumbnail generation, channel audits, an AI coach, and a studio that renders video content from a topic. Features may change as the product evolves.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account. One account is for one person or organization; you may not share credentials to circumvent plan limits.

Paid plans are billed by Stripe on a monthly or yearly cycle and grant a credit allowance. Credits meter usage of the tools; each tool’s credit cost is shown before you run it.

If a run fails, its credits are refunded automatically — you only pay for output that is actually delivered. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal, reachable from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• resell or programmatically bulk-extract the Service’s output without our written consent;
• violate YouTube’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines when publishing content.

You retain ownership of the material you submit. Subject to these terms, you may use the output the Service generates for you, including commercially. You grant us the limited license needed to process your inputs and store your outputs in order to operate the Service.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it and for ensuring your use of any output complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

Parts of the Service are machine-generated. Output may contain inaccuracies, and scores and predictions are informational tools, not guarantees of performance. Verify facts before publishing.

Research tools display publicly available YouTube data for analysis. All channel names, video titles and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their appearance in the Service does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
