- Whose audio is in the clip?
- The source's own. Captions are transcribed from that audio, so what is written is what is said.
- Can it add a hook?
- Optionally: a text hook in bold, question or countdown style. It is off by default.
- Whose videos am I allowed to clip?
- Your own, and anything you hold a licence or permission for. Clipping somebody else's upload is their right to grant and not ours, and ViewMade does not check ownership on your behalf: the rights travel with the link you paste.
- What does a clip cost?
- 1 credit for every minute of the video you paste, and nothing for the moments that come out of it: a 45-minute podcast costs 45 credits whether you take one clip from it or four. Monthly grants cover Starter 400 minutes, Pro 900 minutes of video.
- What happens if a run fails?
- Credits are refunded automatically. You only pay for output that actually gets delivered.
