Klap's entry plan, Basic, costs $14 per month on annual billing, read from klap.app/pricing on 23 August 2026. That rate buys clips, not finished videos, so your bill scales with how much editing you do, not with how much output you publish.
What Klap costs
All three published rates are annual-billing figures. The pricing page does not show a monthly-billing option in its server response.

What you get for it
Klap is a clipping tool: it takes a long video you already made and cuts it into shorts. The unit of purchase is the clip, so the honest arithmetic is price divided by clips:
- Basic: $14 for 100 clips.
- Pro: $39 for 300 clips.
- Pro+: $94 for 1000 clips.
Run those divisions yourself before comparing these numbers anywhere else. Two things to note first. First, Klap does not produce videos; it produces clips from footage you upload. A per-clip price cannot be compared directly against a per-video price from a generation tool. Second, the page does not publish a per-video figure at all, because videos are not what it sells.

Before you cancel
Before cancelling, answer four questions about your own account rather than about the product. First, how many clips did you actually export last month? If Basic's 100-clip allowance sits mostly unused, the problem is volume, not price. Second, does your unused allowance roll over, or does it reset? That detail determines whether pausing loses you anything. Third, did you pay annually? If so, the money already spent is spent either way, and the question is whether the remaining months are worth using. Is Klap worth it at that price?
If your workflow starts with long videos you have already recorded and ends with many short cuts, the entry rate works out to fourteen dollars for a hundred clips, a defined cost per unit that may be reasonable. If you do not already have long-form footage to feed it, you are paying for a tool whose input you still have to make yourself. Worth depends entirely on which of those two describes you.
Will I lose my unused credits if I cancel?
That is in their terms, check it. This page measures prices, not cancellation policy, and will not guess at what happens to an unused balance.
Does the $14 rate apply if I pay monthly?
The three rates published on klap.app/pricing are annual-billing rates. The server response did not include a monthly-billing figure, so this page cannot state one.
What is the cheapest entry point among comparable tools?
Fluxnote's Rise plan reads at $10 per month or $8.33 per month billed yearly, measured on 23 August 2026. Its vendor says "footage" but does not say whether that footage is generated or library-sourced, so treat any comparison on visuals as unverified.
