What you get for it

Revid's pricing page does not publish a per-video figure. The Growth plan listing mentions "2,000 AI credits / month", but the page does not state how many credits a single short consumes, so a dollars-per-video number cannot be calculated from what the page shows. Without that figure, comparing Revid to tools priced per render means guessing, and guessing is how people end up paying for capacity they do not use.

When staying put is the right call

Revid is built for high-volume short-form output with generated visuals. If your workflow depends on producing many AI-generated videos quickly and you have already tuned your prompts and templates around it, switching costs more than the subscription difference. Moving tools means rebuilding templates, re-testing caption styles, and re-learning an export pipeline. If your current output volume justifies $39 a month and the generated look is what your audience expects, the rational move is to stay. A cheaper tool that produces footage in a different style can cost you more in audience trust than it saves in cash. Price alone is not the whole decision.

If you do move

ViewMade's Starter plan costs $29 per month, monthly billing only, with no yearly option on that tier. It includes 50 renders per month, which comes to $0.58 per Short. There is no free tier and no signup credit: production starts after payment succeeds. Every render ships with real archive footage rather than generated visuals, plus a media credit file naming the source of each clip. For cancellation steps on any tool, check that provider's own billing page.
