ViewMade's interface is available in 7 languages as of 22 August 2026, and it turns a stated subject into a finished vertical documentary Short with sourced research, narration, and real archive footage. It does not ingest your article file. This page explains exactly what the tool takes in, what comes out, and what it costs.
What you actually give it
You do not upload your article. The input is the subject in a sentence. You write one line stating the topic, for example: "The 1977 Tenerife runway collision." ViewMade then runs its own sourced research on that subject, writes the script, and cuts the video. If your article already exists, you distill it to that one sentence yourself. The tool does not read a URL, parse a PDF, or accept a pasted draft. Anyone selling you "paste any article" is describing a different product.
The three steps
- You give the subject as a single sentence.
- ViewMade researches the topic, writes the script, and selects real archive footage, maps, and graphics.
- You receive the finished 1080x1920 Short plus a media credit file naming the source of every clip.
What comes back
The output is a complete upload package, measured on 22 August 2026:
- 1080x1920 vertical video
- Word-for-word subtitles, burned into the image, in 7 caption styles
- Voiceover in 5 languages
- Title, description, and tags
- Background music
- Licensed real footage with a media credit file listing each clip's source
- Thumbnail image
Limits
Three limits matter. First, input: the tool takes a subject sentence, not a document, so the summarizing step from your article to that sentence is yours. Second, footage: visuals come from real archives, maps, and graphics, so a topic with little findable archival material will produce a thinner video than a well-documented event. Third, language: voiceover covers 5 languages and the interface 7, so narration outside those languages is not available. There is no free tier and no signup credit; production starts after successful payment.

<!-- faq -->Frequently asked questions
Does it read my article directly?
No. You give the subject as one sentence. ViewMade does not accept article files, URLs, or pasted drafts. The research, script, and footage selection all start from that sentence.
Is the footage AI-generated?
No. Visuals come from real archives, maps, and graphics. Every render ships with a media credit file that names the source of each clip, so you know what you are publishing.
Can it upload to my YouTube channel?
No. A YouTube connection requests read-only permission only. The access token is discarded after import and no refresh token is stored. ViewMade cannot upload, edit, delete, or comment on your channel. You download the file and publish it yourself.
What if my topic has no archive footage?
The tool draws on real archival material, so a sparsely documented subject yields fewer usable clips than a well-covered event. Topics with strong archival coverage, such as historical events, disasters, and documented investigations, produce the fullest results.
