ViewMade turns a subject into a finished vertical documentary Short: sourced research, script, voiceover, real archive footage, word-by-word subtitles, thumbnail, and an upload package. On 22 August 2026, a Starter render cost $0.58 per Short at 50 renders per month.

What you actually give it

The engine does not ingest a news article file or URL. It does not read, parse, or summarize your article directly.

What you give it is the subject in one sentence. You read the article yourself, decide what the story is about, and type that sentence into ViewMade. For example: "The 1978 Lufthansa heist at JFK airport." The engine then does its own sourced research on that subject and builds the documentary from what it finds.

This matters before you pay: if you want a tool that swallows a full article link and outputs a video of that exact text, this is not that tool. If you have a news story and want a vertical documentary about its subject, built from real footage with sources named, this fits.

The three steps

  1. Write the subject as one sentence.
  2. The engine researches it with sources, writes the script, records the voiceover, and cuts it against real archive footage, maps, and charts.
  3. Download the finished Short plus the media credits file listing every clip's source, and publish it yourself.

What comes back

  • 1080x1920 vertical video
  • Word-by-word subtitles, burned into the image, in 7 styles
  • Voiceover in 5 languages
  • Title, description, and tags
  • Background music
  • Licensed real footage plus a credits file naming each clip's source

Limits

The engine takes a sentence, not a document. It will not quote your article verbatim; it builds its own script from sourced research on the subject you name. Footage comes from real archives, so coverage depends on whether archival material exists for the event. A story with no surviving imagery will lean harder on maps and charts. Voiceover runs in 5 languages and the interface runs in 7: en, tr, de, es, fr, it, pt. Output is vertical only, 1080x1920. There is no free tier and no signup credit; production starts after payment succeeds.

Frequently asked questions

Does it read my news article directly?

No. You paste the subject as one sentence. The engine does not accept article files or URLs and does not extract text from them.

Is the footage AI-generated?

No. Visuals come from real archives, maps, and graphs. Every render ships with a media credits file stating the source of each clip.

Can it upload to my YouTube channel?

No. A YouTube connection requests read-only permission (youtube.readonly), and the access token is discarded after import. ViewMade cannot upload, edit, delete, or comment on your channel. You download the file and publish it yourself.

What if I need more than 150 Shorts a month?

Agency pricing covers higher volume. Contact for a custom quote.
